Sunset Baseball ❤️

There’s something truly special about photographing youth baseball at sunset. The game slows down just enough to let the light take center stage — soft, golden, and fleeting. It’s a moment that feels both nostalgic and cinematic, and it’s one of my favorite times to capture the heart of the game.

As the sun dips lower, everything changes. The harsh midday glare softens into a warm glow that wraps around the players. You’ll see dust from the infield turn to gold, shadows stretch across the grass, and the ball seem to hang in the air just a little longer. That’s the magic hour — and if you time it right, you can turn ordinary action shots into pure storytelling.
