Families and Individuals

Retainer Information

HALF OF TOTAL COST

Retainers are non refundable or transferable and are due at booking.
Teams will need to collect from their teams and pay in two payments, retainer and final day.
Final payment is due on day of session prior to session taking place.

Holiday Minis

$50 per family

Indoor Backdrop provided by photographer
3-5 edited high resolution digital images.
Additional images may be available for purchase.
Each additional family member over 6 is charged $10 per individual.
Retainers are required to save your time slot.

Individual

$150

30 Minutes of Session Time
2-3 outfits
5-10 hand-edited, high resolution digital images.
Prints and more are available for purchase.

Senior Photo Shoot

$500

2 hours of session time.
2-3 Outfit changes.
Optional for inside and outside images.
20+ hand-edited, high resolution digital images.
Prints and more are available for purchase.

Family Photos

30 Minutes of Session Time
Outdoor location
No outfit changes
10-20 hand-edited, high resolution digital images.
Prints and more are available for purchase.
Each additional family member over 6 is charged $10 per individual.

Team Game Day

$50 per player*

*ALL TEAM PLAYERS MUST PARTICIPATE.
1 1/2 hour Game Day time.
100 + hand-edited, high resolution digital images.
Team Photo before game.
Trading Cards, prints and more are available for purchase.
List of all coaches, players with numbers will need to be supplied at booking.

Individual Media Day

$100

30 Minutes of Session Time
2-3 outfits
10-20 hand-edited, high resolution digital images.
Trading Cards, prints and more are available for purchase.
Siblings can be added on for an additional $50.

Team Individual Media Day

$50 per player*

*ALL TEAM PLAYERS MUST PARTICIPATE.
1 hour of session time.
2-3 hand-edited, high resolution digital images per team player.
Pitcher and Catchers will each get one additional digital image.
Digital team photo.
Coaches photos available at no cost. (Maximum coaches - 3, additional coaches can be added on for $25 each)
Trading Cards, prints and more are available for purchase.
List of all coaches, players with numbers will need to be supplied at booking.

Individual Game Day

$200

1 1/2 hour Game Day time.
25+ hand-edited, high resolution digital images. These images will focus on your individual player but will also include team mates and opposing team members.
Trading Cards, prints and more are available for purchase.

FAQ's

1. Do you Travel?

Yes! I love fun and adventure and am available for anywhere in the World. Message me you ideas and let's start planning.

2. What do you specialize in?

I specialize in sports, team and individual pics. I love taking on the field pics of game play. I am currently expanding my focus on Newborn and family photos, look for more soon!

3. How do I book?

4. What if we need to reschedule?

Retainers are non refundable or transferable.

If you scheduled a team or individual GAME DAY and the game is rescheduled due to inclement weather only ONE reschedule will be allowed based on photographer availability.

5. Why are your galleries password protected?

Good question :) We believe safety is so important for our families and children therefore all albums in our gallery require an email address and password.

For your safety Monkey Swing Photography requires the photographer have an AZ Level One fingerprint clearance card. If you are missing the password for a gallery email: monkeyswingphoto@gmail.com.

6. Where can I get a password for a gallery?

7. Do you offer a discount?

No! This would be unfair to all paying clients. I do not offer any discounts.

8. Are minors allowed to be photographed?

Yes. All Minors MUST have a signed Photo Release - Minor form to be able to be photographed for team or individual media days. This must be signed by a parent of Guardian. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are in need of a form email: monkeyswingphoto@gmail.com.

9. Do you offer a copyright release?

Yes! Monkey Swing Photography only offers a limited release of photos for a small charge of $25. Please email: monkeyswingphoto@gmail.com
